Sibbertoft Village Design Statement
This document is extremely important to all residents of our Sibbertoft Parish, as it describes what we have here in terms of buildings, trees, assets, roads, future development possibilities and much more, and is noted by West Northamptonshire Council when matters such as planning and developments are considered.
This document is due for review, so we are planning to have a new one written, and we are applying for a grant to help complete this, since much of its content requires a considerable amount of research and work to study and complete, considering local viewpoints and opinions too.
Certainly , the original document will make a solid foundation to build upon, but recent changes in planning policy, neighbourhood development, recent building all have an impact on how the new VDS will be constructed.
